ABSTRACT

Using the condensation-cyclization reaction between paraformaldehyde with different amines in methanol at reflux, derivatives of umbelliferone-oxazine were produced and verified using spectrum studies. Promising outcomes were seen in microbial testing against a range of bacterial and fungal species. Adsorption Distribution Metabolism Excretion(ADME) evaluation of these medications was carried out. Title compounds demonstrated excellent drug absorption in cells and passed the ADME test. Keywords: Umbelliferone, Oxazine, Antimicrobial screening, ADME studies
