ABSTRACT
Focuses on the standard approach to court rulings and the selection quality practices
of Japan, the United States and the EPO, in terms of criteria for determining the transparency
of a patent requirement for a patent. The new standards utilised by granting of patent by the
United States Patent and Trademark registry are examined with regard to legal and
governmental issues. Using the post-criteria to grant a "non-obvious" invention patent.
Discussing the patent act 1952 focused on condition of patentability in three sections.
Determination of framework for inventive step and its application process explained. Lastly
the final section of paper discusses about non patentable subject matters.
