ABSTRACT

Biological fluids like blood, serum, urine, tissue extracts or plasma may contains compounds like drugs and their metabolite, and Bioanalysis is the term which is commonly used for the purpose of quantitative determination of this compounds. An accurate LC-MS/MS technique to quantify Propranolol in the range 2.0500 ng/mL to 250.3060 ng/mL was developed and validated. Propranolol become extracted from 250 ?L plasma by means of the usage of solid Phase extraction method turned into accomplished on Hypersil gold 50 x 4.6 mm column.
