Authors: Santhia P And Ilango K*

ABSTRACT
Triazole is the most selected pharmacophore for research because of its various pharmacological activities. This page seeks to highlight the work that has been done and reported, as well as the chemistry and biological activity of 1,2,3-triazole and its derivatives, which have been synthesized in recent years. A heterocyclic molecule with three nitrogen and two carbon atoms is known as a triazole. Based on the difference in relative position, there are two types of isomers each triazole has two tautomer's which differs only by NH bond. Over the years, many studies have been done on the biological activity, synthesis and of different triazole derivatives. Antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory, antimalarial, antiviral antitubercular, anticancer, antidiabetic, antibacterial, antifungal, antiprotozoal, and receptorselective biological action are all demonstrated by triazole compounds. The research of triazole derivatives biological evaluation has been a fascinating subject of pharmaceutical chemistry. This review article focuses on triazole's pharmacological profile, with various activities and examples presented in the form of figures. Keywords: 1,2,3 Triazole, Anticancer, Antibacterial, Antifungal, Antiviral, Anti-diabetic
