ABSTRACT
Bisoprolol is a beta-blocker protocol was developed and validated for quantification of
bisoprolol in human plasma. Bio-availability studies are analysed with the human plasma bind
with bisoprolol. In assay methods are can be used to determine the presence of a specific
proteinbinding are occur approximately 30% of serum within 2 to 4 hrs in renal function. The
mass transition pairs of m/z 326 > 116 and 326.4 > 268.4 mass spectrometery method are
determine the bisoprolol and internal examination. During method validation over the range of
0.4-100 ng/mL. Linearity, accuracy, precision, recovery, matrix effect, dilution test and stability
are analysed. It is used to determine FTIR, HPTLC, LCMS, HPLC examine in the form of
biological fluids. LCMS methods are more sensitive, specific and reproducible, suitable to
determine the bisoprolol concentration.
