ABSTRACT
Inflammation is a pervasive form of defense that is broadly defined as a nonspecific response to
tissue malfunction and is employed by both innate and adaptive immune systems to combat
pathogenic intruders. Inflammation is combination of various immunological, physiological, and
behavioral processes that are organized by soluble immune signaling molecules called cytokines.
