ABSTRACT
Dermatofibrosarcoma is a slow growing, uncommon, dermal soft tissue neoplasm. It occurs
more commonly over back- trunk followed by abdominal wall, head, neck and proximal
extremities, but rarely in toes [1]. It has high recurrence rate but low metastasic capacity.
