ABSTRACT
In this report we are presenting a challenging case of Bad Obstetric History, a 35 yrs old
female, elderly grand multigravida G10P9L0/previous all stillbirths at 6th to 8th months of
gestation, married since 17yrs, known case Hyperthyroid on treatment, delivered an alive
preterm baby by elective Caesarean section at 36weeks and 4 days of gestation KEY
